About the Role
Spend your day making a positive difference, our support staff provide emotional, social and practical support to people with Autism and their families, to increase opportunities for them to live the life they choose. This may be through enhancing job readiness skills, building social connections through sport or community groups or assisting with the development of daily living skills.
The adults and children we support live in various suburbs across the greater Perth metro area. They may live in one of our shared community homes or live independently on their own, with family or with friends.
About You
Consistency is key, we are looking for people with on-going availability to work 10 hours or more per week. We need people with an engaging and supportive approach, who understand that each person is different and have the confidence and passion to empower others to achieve their goals.
Our staff come from varying backgrounds; if you are currently working in the disability industry or in an education setting, if you are studying an Allied Health subject or have lived experience of supporting individuals with Autism and share our passion, we would love to hear from you!
