Walfinch Suffolk Coastal is seeking Community Support Workers to provide high-quality domiciliary care across the Norwich Division. You will assist with personal care, manage medications, and support mobility for our clients in their homes.

Travel between client homes in the Norwich area is required. The role offers paid training, a supportive team, and opportunities to pursue NVQ/QCF qualifications, with benefits including referrals bonuses and discounts through our perks program.

Qualificações

• Experience in domiciliary care or fast-paced healthcare settings.
• Excellent communication, adaptability, and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• NVQ Level 2/3 in Health and Social Care is a plus, or willingness to work toward it.
• A valid UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle is essential due to travel.
• Compassionate, reliable, and community-minded approach to care.
