Carolina Outreach in Jacksonville, NC is seeking a full-time CST Professional Team Lead to provide community-based therapy and case management for adults with serious mental health challenges. This leadership role focuses on empowering clients to function in the community and achieve goals.

The position requires a master's degree in Counseling or related field and NC licensure, with at least two years of relevant experience. Competitive benefits and local travel are included.

Qualifications

• A master’s degree from an accredited university in Counseling or a related field.
• Valid licensure to provide mental/behavioral healthcare in North Carolina (LCSW/LCSWA/LCMHC/LCMHCA/LMFT or Psychologist).
• Minimum of two years’ experience with mental/behavioral health cases and treatment planning.
• Working knowledge of NC human services delivery systems.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Develop and implement person-centered plans for service delivery.
• Coordinate client referrals to higher levels of care when needed.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress notes.
• Collaborate with care teams to ensure service continuity.
