We are seeking a full-time Peer Support Professional to join our Community Support Team (CST). In this role, you will provide clinical services to all clients receiving CST team services, including but not limited to: tenancy support interventions using the Permanent Supportive Housing model; service coordination, including working with the CST team leader to monitor each individual’s clinical status and response to treatment; symptom assessment and management; individual supportive counseling; providing activities-of-daily-living, social, interpersonal relationship, and leisure-time-activity services; support services or direct assistance to ensure that clients obtain the basic necessities of daily life; and education, support, and consultation to individuals’ families and other major supports.

This role is compensated on a variable rate model, designed to reward productivity while providing consistent earning opportunity through established referral volume.
Compensation: $36,044 - $46,284
Placement within the range is based on licensure level, education, and experience.
