Job summary

Carolina Outreach is a respected behavioral health provider delivering community-based supports across North Carolina. The role focuses on crisis intervention, service coordination, and therapeutic activities to help clients achieve personal goals in their communities.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to plan and deliver client-centered care, complete documentation, and participate in supervision and training as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's level degrees or higher with relevant experience in behavioral health.
• Experience meeting client needs in community or home-based settings.
• Must meet licensure or organizational training requirements where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy sessions.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with care teams and ensure compliance with standards.
• Assist in planning and coordinating community engagement activities.
