Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, or related field
  • Associate of Applied Science in Behavioral Health Support
  • Four years of qualifying experience in human services or related field
  • Qualified Addictions Professional (QAP) certifications (CADC, CRADC, CRAADC, CCJP, RADC, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Deliver life-changing mental health services to clients in the community
  • Empower clients through behavioral interventions, utilizing motivational interviewing and cognitive processing
  • Foster recovery and resilience by promoting improved functioning and meeting unique client needs
