Burrell Behavioral Health in Springfield, Missouri, seeks a Community Support Specialist focused on disease management to help adults—including those with Serious Mental Illness or Substance Use Disorder—achieve better health and stability through mentorship, behavioral interventions, and coordinated care.

You will manage a meaningful caseload, collaborate with supervisors, and respond to emergencies with sound judgment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related fields, or equivalent experience.
  • Four years of qualifying experience minimum or combination with education.
  • QAP certification options (CADC/CRADC/CRAADC/CCJP/RADC-P/RADC, CCDP, CCDP-D).

Responsibilities

  • Deliver community-based mental health services to adults.
  • Provide mentorship and support to adults including those with SMI/SUD.
