Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and communication.
• Background check and pre-employment drug screenings are required.

Responsibilities

• Identifies and reports any suspected abuse or violations of an individual’s rights.
• Provides support and supervision to meet individual plans and goals.
• Ensures training, behavior, and support programs are implemented and documented per regulatory requirements.
• Keeps health, safety, and well-being of individuals as a priority at all times.
• Creates a positive environment that promotes independence and choice.
• Incorporates positioning schedules and uses equipment per plan.
• Assists with diet, texture, and equipment as required by plan.
• Maintains and organizes homes, outdoor areas, and vehicles.
