Job summary

Foundation Communities is seeking a Community Support Services Program Manager in Austin to lead the CSS program, overseeing Case Management, Adult Clinical Services, and Youth Development. You will supervise the CSS team, coordinate contracted providers, and ensure trauma-informed, person-centered services across properties.

The role emphasizes data-driven outcomes, partnership building with providers and community organizations, equity, and flexible scheduling to meet resident needs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Current LCSW, LPC, or equivalent Texas license.
• 3–5 years in case management, behavioral health, or supportive housing with supervisory responsibilities.
• Experience with trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and person-centered practices.
• Proven ability to supervise, coach, and develop staff in a team-based environment.
• Skilled in data analysis, program evaluation, and quality improvement.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with internal and external partners.
• Eligible to travel/commute to Foundation Communities properties.
• Willing to work flexible schedule including evenings/weekends.
• Must maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Foster a trauma-informed work environment promoting staff well-being.
• Coordinate and monitor contracted therapeutic providers for quality and alignment.
• Track and analyze program data to monitor outcomes and utilization.
• Prepare reports to demonstrate impact and guide improvement.
• Collaborate with property management and Learning Center leadership to support residents.
• Build partnerships with behavioral health providers and community organizations.
• Represent Foundation Communities at meetings and community events.
• Support outreach efforts and participate in leadership meetings and trainings.
• Uphold commitment to equity, inclusion, and trauma-informed care.
• Perform additional duties to support goals.
• Provide leadership for the CSS Case Management team and supervise staff.
