Job summary

A Bright Future, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Community Support Facilitator (CSF) to lead Community Living Instructors in Supported Living and Independent Living Services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, Special Education, or related field required.
• Minimum two years direct support experience with individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities.
• At least one year coordinating services within SLS/ILS or similar program.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Knowledge of California Regional Center services, Title 17 regulations, and person-centered planning preferred.
• Experience supporting individuals with behavioral, psychiatric, or medical needs is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, supervision, and oversight for Community Living Instructors in SLS/ILS.
• Ensure participant safety, regulatory compliance, and implementation of individualized support plans.
• Coordinate IPP/ISP development and monitor progress toward goals.
• Advocate for participant rights, dignity, and community inclusion.
• Maintain documentation accuracy and audit-readiness; submit required reports on time.
• Serve as primary contact for participants, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
