Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in relevant field.
• Four (4)+ years experience may substitute for a degree.
• Minimum 2+ years with individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities.
• Supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• Experience with California Regional Centers/ILS/SLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coordination, and oversight of services for ILS and SLS.
• Supervise direct service staff and coordinate individualized services.
• Ensure IPP/ISP goals are implemented and participant outcomes tracked.
• Support families and coordinate with Regional Centers and service providers.
• Maintain compliance with DDS, Regional Center, Title 17, and audit requirements.
