Job summary

Interim, Inc. is seeking a Community Support Worker III to assist in facilitating self-help groups and orient clients to the program community. The role advocates for support of mental health programs and supports clients with advocating for themselves, promoting activities and employment.

On-site work at assigned locations is required. Qualifications include a GED or HS diploma, direct experience with mental health services, and prior CSW II experience or volunteer work within the last five

Qualifications

• GED or HS Diploma required.
• Direct experience with public or private mental health services preferred.
• 1+ year as CSW II or equivalent; may include volunteer work.

Responsibilities

• Engage and orient clients to the program community.
• Facilitate self-help and other groups.
• Provide informal counseling and guidance to residents/clients.
• Maintain detailed documentation (Medi-Cal billing and HMIS).
• Lead CSWIs/CSWs and Volunteers scheduling and coaching.
