The role emphasizes building skills and providing on-the-job coaching to promote independence. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and a non-negotiable base pay of $18.00/hour, plus mileage reimbursement and a $20 auto allowance per pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have valid driver’s license and access to daily use of a personal vehicle.
• Excellent time management and the ability to build relationships using community resources.

Responsibilities

• Transport individuals to community activities, volunteer opportunities, job sites, and events.
• Maintain safety and independence by providing on-the-job coaching and supports.
