Job summary

Clearbrook is seeking a Community Support Coach for CHOICE Crystal Lake in Crystal Lake, IL. This full-time position offers a schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 3:30pm, with a 35-hour workweek.

The role provides $21.35 per hour plus paid training, and involves developing and implementing programs to promote client independence. Responsibilities include assisting clients in community outings, creating curriculum for client objectives, and aiding with daily living activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must be 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development and implementation of programming that promotes client independence and acquisition of functional skills.
• Assist individuals served in community outings.
• Help develop curriculum for client program objectives and employment opportunities.
• Provide hands-on assistance with activities of daily living (e.g., feeding and toileting).
