Job summary

Clearbrook in Crystal Lake, IL seeks a full-time Salary Client Services Manager to lead the Community Day Services program. You will coordinate programming for a caseload, manage daily site operations, and supervise direct support professionals while reporting to the Coordinator.

Responsibilities include developing individual plans with IDTs, ensuring safety standards, maintaining reports, and participating in staff coaching and performance reviews.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a valid driver's license and U.S. work authorization.
• Ability to perform a two-person lift.
• Pass Illinois background check, physical, drug test, and TB test.
• Willingness to complete Clearbrook's DSP training and earn QIDP certification within 120 days of hire.
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field; 1+ year related experience.
• Preferred: 2 years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop individual program plans and curriculum; coordinate interdisciplinary teams and intake/discharge staffings.
• Conduct team meetings; ensure safety standards and maintain attendance, payroll, and incident reports.
• Hire, orient, train, supervise, and evaluate direct support professionals; perform staff performance reviews.
