Job summary

Viva Benefits seeks a part-time Community Success Manager to serve 200+ families across Dallas-area communities. The role is a contractor position requiring 10–20 hours weekly with evening/ weekend availability. Travel between partner communities is required, with mileage reimbursed.

You will help residents access Viva’s benefits, engage with management, and support community wellness goals. Effective communication in person and remotely, plus collaboration with Viva managers and property teams,

Qualifications

• Intellectually curious generalist or T-shaped professional.
• Aspiration to learn about early-stage startups.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred, but not required.
• Social workers and public health professionals encouraged.
• Familiarity with the Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) encouraged.
• 2+ years experience delivering benefits to diverse families in urban contexts.

Responsibilities

• Onboard with Viva and learn mission, values, and approach to resident benefits.
• Meet key Viva team members, including manager, Product team, and leadership.
• Participate in weekly all-hands and team meetings.
• Become proficient with the Viva Benefits app and resident benefits.
• Engage residents in person and via outreach to connect them with benefits.
• Build partnerships with property management and maintenance staff.
• Support partner goals while advancing Viva's mission.
• Conduct door-to-door outreach to introduce Viva Benefits to residents.
