Viva Benefits is seeking a Part-Time Community Success Manager (Contractor) in Austin, TX. You will serve as the in-person liaison for 200+ families, engaging residents door-to-door to connect them with free benefits and Viva’s mobile app.

You will work in a field-based, high-ownership role, prioritizing time and translating brief interactions into meaningful outcomes for residents while supporting housing stability and financial wellness.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Experience engaging residents face-to-face in field settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person outreach across apartment communities in Austin, TX.
• Build relationships with residents and understand their needs and barriers.
• Explain Viva services clearly and guide residents to access benefits such as telehealth, tutoring, and financial tools.
