Viva Benefits in Jacksonville, FL seeks a part-time Community Success Manager (Contractor) to engage 200 families across apartment communities on a predominantly in-person basis. You will connect residents with Viva’s benefits program, tutoring, healthcare options, and the Viva app, collaborating with property owners and managers.

You will travel between communities, work flexible hours, and report to the Director of Community Success. This role is on-site and part-time with 10–20 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Intellectually curious generalist with a willingness to learn about a startup.
• Motivated to help people and connect families with benefits.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, not required.
• Familiarity with Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) encouraged.
• 2+ years experience delivering benefits in urban contexts encouraged.

Responsabilités

• Engage residents in person at apartment communities.
• Present Viva Benefits resources, including health, education and financial tools.
• Build relationships with property managers and leadership teams.
• Track resident engagement and support access to Viva app.
• Travel between partner communities; mileage reimbursed.
