Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-3 years of professional experience with emphasis on training and staff development.
• Ability to work nights and weekends; schedule may vary, including Sundays and late nights.
• Strong resource management and organizational skills under pressure.
• Ability to navigate a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pickup during assigned shifts to ensure a safe, organized, welcoming environment.
• Train future hosts to run quality pickups at brand standard.
• Maintain pickup flow and court schedules; adapt to delays or issues.
• Identify non-members and explain the value of Volo Pass to increase membership.
• Provide shift logs and feedback to leadership; promote daily programs and events.
