Encompass Health is seeking a Speech Pathologist to support patients in inpatient rehabilitation. You will evaluate, develop and administer personalized treatment plans for speech and language rehabilitation and track patient progress.

Current licensure or certification is required by state regulations, with CCC certification and CPR within 30 days of hire. A Master's degree is preferred, or a Bachelor’s with field experience; join a nationwide leader in post-acute care.

• Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with field experience.
• CCC Certification must be completed to practice.

Responsabilités

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment if necessary.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.
