Job summary

Pascua Yaqui Tribe seeks a Social Worker I to monitor a caseload within a tribal social services program. You will assess client needs, provide referrals, educate, and document progress, while coordinating with other agencies. Duties include forms, eligibility reviews, and maintaining files.

Responsibilities also cover crisis interventions, service planning, and ongoing status updates with supervision. Some positions may require non-traditional hours and licensure expectations.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience as Case Manager or equivalent.
• Degrees acceptable: Assoc or Bachelor's in social work, business, education or related field; or equivalent combo.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; tribal affiliation may be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assess needs, educate clients, refer to resources and document progress.
• Assist clients with program forms, verify information and ensure compliance.
• Maintain regular contact via phone, home or office visits.
• Develop service plans and monitor client progress.
• Coordinate with tribal departments and outside agencies for compliance.
