Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, courteous transportation service for residents and employees.
• Drive vehicle within the community and to/from employee housing.
• Maintain a safe driving record and safe driving practices.
• Service vehicle with fuel and report maintenance needs to the Director of Safety and Access.
• Maintain a daily transportation log.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures.
• Report unsafe conditions to the Director of Safety and Access.

Treviso Bay, located in Naples, FL, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for aFull-Time, Seasonal Community Shuttle Driver! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast‑paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part ofTroon, you’ll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Role Type: Seasonal (Position will last 6 months or less)

Compensation: $18.00 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing a safe, courteous transportation service for our residents and employees.
• Drives vehicle within the community and to and from employee offsite housing.
• Always maintains a safe driving record and practices safe driving techniques.
• Services vehicle with fuel, maintains a clean vehicle, and reports and coordinates vehicle maintenance needs to the Director of Safety and Access.
• Maintains a daily transportation log.
• Adheres to all policies and procedures.
• Reports on potential unsafe conditions to the Director of Safety and Access

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must have a valid Florida Driver’s License.
• Experience in customer service environment.
• Must be knowledgeable of all safety precautions and comply with safety measures.
• Competence in organization, time management skills, and handling multiple priorities.
• Project a positive and professional image always.
