Treon is seeking a Snack Shop Supervisor at Treviso Bay in Naples, FL. This fast-paced, hospitality-forward role focuses on guest service, operations, and team leadership within a dynamic property environment.

You will manage snack bar duties, handle POS transactions, maintain inventory, and ensure compliance with applicable policies. This is an excellent opportunity to grow within Troon, a global golf and community management leader.

Qualifications

Treviso Bay, located in Naples, FL, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for aSnack Shop Supervisor! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast‑paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part ofTroon, you’ll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Responsibilities:

• Ensures guests are attended to in a prompt, efficient and personalized manner.
• Maintains organized and clean work area.
• Controls inventory through conscientious use and careful monitoring of all food beverage products.
• Receives deliveries of product from vendors and ensures proper storage.
• Reports to department manager when supplies need to be ordered.
• Stocks and inventories products.
• Responds to customer questions regarding the general information of facility.
• Supplies support to food servers and beverage cart attendants to ensure excellent service to members and guests.
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of applicable state liquor laws and standard operating procedures provided by the management.
• Communicates guest concerns or comments immediately to the Regional Food and Beverage Manager.
• Reviews schedule for changes, calendar of events and facility activities on a daily basis.
• Processes snack bar purchases with point of sale (POS) system.
• Accountable for cash and credit transactions.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Performs other duties as required.

Qualifications:

• Experience with snack shop responsibilities and/or leadership responsibilities within Food & Beverage.
• Must be able to meet age requirement for serving alcohol.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Experience using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
