Brightli is hiring a Community Support Specialist in Trenton, MO to deliver community-based mental health services and support clients in homes, clinics, and other settings. You’ll use motivational interviewing and behavioral techniques to help clients overcome challenges and reach goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree options or 4 years related experience required.
• Experience in mental health support or behavioral interventions preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in community settings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver community-based mental health services to clients.
• Use motivational interviewing and behavioral techniques to support goals.
• Promote recovery and resilience through client-specific plans.
• Maintain a manageable caseload and collaborate with supervisors.
• Participate in team staffing to set goals and develop plans.
• Respond confidently to crises and provide timely support.
