Job summary

Center for Disability Services, Inc. in Queensbury, NY is seeking a Community Services Professional to provide individualized support to people with developmental disabilities in homes and community settings.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid NYS Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized support to people with developmental disabilities in the Capital District, in homes or in the community.
• Engage in recreational and community-based activities such as shopping, exercise groups, restaurants & more.
• Provide learning opportunities to support their goal of independence.

This position is perfect for anyone looking to work around their education, childcare, primary job, and more!**We have Part-time and Full-timeavailable positions throughout Capital District (including Warren and Washington counties) - offering flexible scheduling for daytime, evenings, and weekends!
