Responsibilities

• Assist in food production and maintenance of the commercial kitchen
• Perform food production duties
• Interact with clients and community sites for coordination and quality assurance
• Ensure safety of food by maintaining appropriate temperatures and logging temperatures
• Follow vehicle maintenance schedule and report issues
• Keep information confidential to protect operations
• Respond promptly to office calls and maintain daily schedule
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment per health and safety guidelines
• Prepare and complete required records and reports for assigned clients
• Display flexibility to adapt to unexpected changes professionally
