Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a hands-on Cook to prepare and serve nutritious meals for clients in our addiction treatment program. You will manage daily food preparation, meal service, and kitchen breakdown under the Head Chef, ensuring portions, safety, and cleanliness.

You will take inventory, place orders twice weekly, and keep temperature and serving logs current. The role requires strong communication with staff and a commitment to food safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years kitchen experience; large population experience preferred.
• Food Handlers Certification required.
• Knowledge of food preparation, safety, sanitation and DOH standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve nutritious meals for clients.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and proper storage.
• Complete temperature and serving logs.
• Take inventory and place orders twice weekly.
• Secure kitchen during shifts.
