Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a dining services aide to assist with meal preparation, serving residents, and keeping the kitchen and dining areas clean and safe. You will follow established sanitation and safety procedures and work as part of a team to support residents, families, and staff throughout breakfast, lunch, and dinner shifts.

The role requires reading comprehension, basic writing, and the ability to communicate clearly with residents and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, memos and short correspondence.
• Ability to write simple correspondence and present information to small groups.

Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation according to the established menu.
• Follow sanitation, safety, and cleaning schedules.
• Serve residents in dining room at breakfast, lunch and dinner.
• Maintain a clean, safe kitchen and dining area daily.
• Respond promptly and courteously to residents' and families' requests.
• Follow HIPAA regulations and safety policies.
• Attend trainings and mandatory meetings.
