Job summary

Fairbanks Corps of The Salvation Army is seeking a Part-Time Client Services Coordinator to oversee daily client services for the Fairbanks family services ministry and coordinate with volunteers and community partners. The role requires an associate degree or two years of related experience, strong English communication, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and a valid driver’s license.

Primary duties include supervising food box distributions, rental and utility assistance, and HUD HMIS data

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher or 2 years of related experience.
• Strong knowledge of local resources and community stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving history.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct food box distributions with community partners.
• Provide services to families seeking assistance.
• Coordinate rental and utility assistance and vouchers.
• Become proficient in the HUD HMIS data collection system.
• Assist individuals seeking information in person, by phone or email.
