Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings (Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Initiates, directs and participates in community outreach programs, representing Walmart to external organizations and championing company-sponsored programs.
• Models exceptional customer service standards and ensures customer needs and issues are resolved.
• Assists store manager in driving financial performance by reviewing PL statements and controlling expenses; develops improvement plans.
• Coordinates and oversees job-related activities by building relationships with key stakeholders and assigning duties.
• Promotes a culture of belonging and supports Open Door Policy across the organization.
