Job summary

National Counseling Group is seeking a Mental Health Professional to join ncgCARE partner team. You will deliver evidence-based care across service types, leading crisis intervention, case management, and therapeutic interventions with individualized treatment plans to help clients build resilience and reach goals.

Responsibilities include providing individual, family, and group therapy, maintaining accurate documentation, and collaborating with care teams to ensure coordinated, compliant care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• QMHP-T (A/C), QMHP-A, QMHP-C, or QMHP-A/C certification, or provisional/full licensure.
• At least 1 year of experience working with the identified population.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy sessions.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with care teams as needed.
• Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards.
