Job summary

Trustwell Living, LLC in Eugene, Oregon seeks a Community Relations Director to lead on-site sales support, drive occupancy to budgeted levels, and coordinate marketing efforts with the Executive Director.

You will build referral networks, contact prospects, plan and implement marketing and selling activities, train staff, and serve as the primary liaison between residents, families, and the community.

Qualifications

• Successful experience in marketing/selling/closing sales of assisted living, housing community-based care, health care, etc.
• CPR/First Aid certification required and maintained.
• Attendance at mandatory in-service training and continuing education requirements for the job classification.

Responsibilities

• Marketing: Support Executive Director to achieve occupancy, move-in, and revenue targets.
• Serve as liaison between community resources and Executive Director.
• Develop and implement annual marketing/selling plans and budgets; maintain projections.
• Develop and implement marketing and selling plans, calendars, and activities for the community.
• Collaborate on events and activities with the leadership team to raise awareness and attendance.
• Develop inquiries and move-ins through outside events, professional groups, and local market involvement.
• Respond promptly to inquiries from referral sources and prospective residents; act as single point of contact.
• Close sales by advising prospects and families on services and programs that meet needs.
• Develop and maintain weekly leads from resident, family, and professional referrals.
• Train and coach staff in marketing skills and closing techniques.
