Responsibilities

• Market the community and increase occupancy through strategic marketing and selling plans.
• Support the Executive Director to achieve occupancy, move-ins and revenue targets.
• Act as liaison between community resources and the Executive Director.
• Assist in formulating the annual marketing/selling plan and budget and maintain the budget.
• Develop and implement marketing and selling plans for assigned communities.
• Collaborate on community events with leadership and management.
• Develop inquiries and move-ins via outside events and referrals.
• Maintain annual market competitive analysis.
• Respond promptly to inquiries from referral sources and prospects; be the single point of contact.
• Close sales by educating prospects about services to meet their needs.
• Generate leads weekly through referrals from residents, families and professionals.
• Use sales processes to track data and report on occupancy goals.
• Monitor progress of Sales Plan for assigned communities.
• Train and coach the Executive Director and backup team in marketing and selling techniques.
• Conduct training sessions on marketing and selling techniques.
• Understand needs with ED and Senior VP of Marketing and Sales to develop plans.
• Collaborate to develop and execute marketing plans.
