Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or related fields required.
• 1–3 years in hospital or retirement community admissions or related PR, sales, or marketing preferred.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Evening and weekend work may be required to meet business needs.
• Professional level English (spoken, reading, writing) required.
• Strong diplomacy and ability to build relationships with peers and external colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Effectively communicate retirement programs and increase sales to meet goals; prospect via various contacts and programs.
• Conduct community tours for prospective residents; coordinate with Sales Counselor, Marketing Director, and Executive Director.
• Respond to inquiries; maintain inquiry files; arrange tours and follow up; flexible schedule including after-hours visits.
• Coordinate move-in projects with departments and contractors to meet deadlines.
• Notify Marketing and Sales Director of delays or concerns and resolve issues for customer satisfaction.
• Process admission documents accurately and in line with policies; oversee complete move-in process.
• Assist with on-site special events for prospects and new members.
• Support outreach through speaking engagements at churches and community events to communicate programs.
• Develop and maintain referral networks with area resources and residents; keep monthly contact with sources.
• Monitor and report Lead Management metrics to Independent Marketing Director by deadlines.
