Job summary

Firefly Children and Family Alliance is hiring a full-time Coordinator for the Community Partners for Child Safety program in Connersville, IN. You will support daily operations, assist with programming, data collection, and outreach, and help Family Resource Centers as needed.

You will work closely with the Senior Director, handling administrative tasks, meeting logistics, and reporting to ensure effective service delivery to local families and children.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook; able to learn internal proprietary systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities; able to multi-task.
• Attention to detail and ability to connect day-to-day tasks to broader goals.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and logistical support for CPCS program, managing tasks and follow-up items.
• Coordinate scheduling, preparation, and follow-up for internal and external meetings.
• Assist in development and delivery of program services and referrals to services.
• Maintain program documentation, files, and records in an organized, compliant manner.
• Attend internal and external meetings on behalf of the agency.
