UCP Heartland is hiring a Community Registered Nurse for full-time work in Missouri. The role focuses on delivering high-quality care to children and adults with differing abilities in school, home, and community settings.

RN license, strong assessment skills, and the ability to work independently or with a team are essential. The position includes scheduled visits, documentation, and collaboration with medical providers.

Responsibilities

• Ensure physician orders are current and signed before expiration.
• Review medical records and respond to issues.
• Maintain and audit EMAR per physician orders and accuracy.
• Respond to phone calls/emails and participate in RN On-Call rotation.
• Conduct face-to-face assessments monthly to monitor health.
