Job summary

UCP Heartland seeks a Community Registered Nurse for a full-time position in Saint Louis, MO. The role involves coordinating care, reviewing records, and ensuring physician orders are accurate and signed.

You will support residents, document accurately, and participate in on-call rotations. The ideal candidate holds a Missouri RN license, has at least 1 year of experience, strong assessment skills, and the ability to work both independently and in teams.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Missouri.
• 1 year of RN practice experience.
• Strong medical assessment skills.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver license.

Responsibilities

• Ensure physician orders are current and signed before expiration.
• Review medical records and respond to issues.
• Maintain EMAR per physician orders and coach staff as needed.
• Respond to calls and participate in RN on-call rotation.
• Conduct face-to-face assessments monthly for residential clients.
• Train and delegate duties to direct support staff.
• Act as liaison between UCP Heartland and medical providers.
