Job summary

Brooksby Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Community Resources Coordinator in Peabody, MA. This entry-level role focuses on resident engagement, coordinating activities, and serving as the welcome ambassador for new residents.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in service-related roles.
  • Previous experience working with senior citizens is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Publisher, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with residents in planning, promoting, and coordinating activities and events.
  • Perform preliminary work for monthly calendars.
  • Facilitate communication regarding activities among residents and staff.
  • Create flyers for events and write articles for community bulletins.
  • Arrange audio/visual equipment with vendors for presentations.
  • Serve as the information center for resident inquiries.

Brooksby Village by Erickson Senior Living

We are hiring a Community Resources Coordinator to bring their passion for resident engagement to our campus. This is an entry level position offering growth opportunity and career advancement.

In this role, you would act as a resource for residents in the creation of activities and social organizations within the independent living community, serve as the welcome home ambassador for incoming/ new residents, maintain calendar bookings for all meeting space, fields resident inquiries, and special projects as assigned.

To be successful in this role requires a strong team player with a high level of enthusiasm, a can-do attitude, and strong organizational skills. Must have solid computer skills and easily adapt to new technology and systems.

Compensation: commensurate with experience $21-$25/ hour
