Job summary

The United Way of Greater Houston is seeking a Center Coordinator in The Woodlands, TX to provide information and referral, program and administrative support for the Montgomery County United Way Center, serving as a key contact for community members and partners.

You will support the 211 Texas/United Way HELPLINE, coordinate office operations, tenant onboarding, and engage participants in United Way initiatives, with minimal supervision and strong initiative.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Three years of administrative support experience with strong MS Office and customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to handle confidential information.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides information and referral services to help seekers via multiple access points and HELPLINE support.
• Provides administrative and operational support including data entry, reporting, and use of specialized software.
• Supports center programs, tenant onboarding, events, and community engagement initiatives.
• Maintains outreach materials and coordinates stakeholder communications to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
