Job summary

The Catawba Indian Nation is seeking a Citizens Resource Specialist to act as the primary point of contact for customer service for community members. You will collaborate with multiple offices to connect citizens with resources, process housing and rental requests, and schedule services efficiently.

Responsibilities include tracking service data, supporting leadership, maintaining confidentiality, and adapting to evolving service plans to meet community needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s Degree preferred.
• 2-3 years’ experience in customer-facing service required.
• 3-5 years’ experience in customer service preferred.
• 1-2 years’ experience in administrative support preferred.
• Ability to attend trainings and classes as required; ability to work evenings or weekends as required; ability to use computers including email and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Receives inbound communications and provides exceptional service.
• Tracks and reports data pertaining to customer service metrics.
• Manages housing and rental requests, processing paperwork and payments.
• Provides team-based support to executive leadership offices as directed.
• Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Aspires to improve service delivery and streamline processes.
