Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Community Resource Coordinator (CRC) to lead strategic planning, integration, and oversight of family and community support programs across the SOF enterprise in Lansing, MI. The role focuses on identifying service gaps, building relationships with agencies, and coordinating initiatives to strengthen resilience of Service members and their families.

U.S. citizenship and a Secret security clearance or eligibility are required for contract performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field and 3+ years of professional experience required.
• Specialized training in peer support counseling, community resources, and suicide prevention recommended.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project staff, client office personnel, and community agencies to address and resolve issues.
• Deliver public speaking sessions and educational programs to community agencies and local staff.
• Report concerns to Leadership promptly.
• Supervise Outreach Client Service Representatives.
• Maintain professionalism and represent the organization.
• Distribute program materials to diverse community groups.
• Ensure compliance with Wage & Hour policies and breaks.
