ALLIANTGROUP LP is seeking a Community Relations Manager to strengthen ties with local communities and amplify the company’s brand. You will design outreach strategies, represent the organization at events, and lead partnerships with schools, nonprofits, chambers, and civic groups in Houston.

The ideal candidate is highly relational, organized, and able to manage programs, volunteers, and communications while collaborating with internal teams to deliver meaningful community impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in community engagement, public relations, or related areas.
• Experience leading a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent the organization at community events, panels, chambers, and public forums.
• Design and lead public and media relations strategies to elevate brand visibility.
• Coordinate interviews, draft talking points, and secure media coverage.
