Job summary

Right at Home in Forney, TX is seeking a Community Relations & Office Coordinator to be a brand ambassador and help run daily office operations. This part-time role blends outreach, marketing, relationship-building, and administrative tasks as the office grows.

The successful candidate will visit referral partners, manage CRM activity, support marketing campaigns, and help expand the local presence, with a clear path to full-time leadership as opportunities arise.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Experience using CRM software or willingness to learn quickly.
• Reliable transportation.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to travel locally for business development visits.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Visit hospitals, rehabilitation centers, senior living communities, physician offices, and other healthcare referral partners.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with referral sources.
• Make outbound calls to prospective referral partners and community organizations.
• Represent Right at Home at networking events and community activities.
• Assist with marketing initiatives and community outreach campaigns.
• Help create and manage social media content.
• Track business development activities and office KPIs using our CRM.
• Keep accurate documentation of outreach efforts and follow-up activities.
• Support general office operations and administrative tasks.
• Work closely with the leadership team to help grow our local presence.
