Job summary

Friendly Faces Senior Care is seeking an energetic Community Outreach & Activities Coordinator to connect with seniors, families, and local partners. This part-time role focuses on hosting events, building referral networks, and representing our team at community gatherings.

You'll travel to senior living communities, hospitals, rehab centers, and partner sites, coordinating activities and ensuring marketing materials are up to date.

We’re Hiring: Community Outreach & Activities Coordinators

Friendly Faces Senior Care is looking for energetic, outgoing, and compassionate individuals who love connecting with seniors and the community!

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys:

• Building relationships with senior living communities
• Hosting fun activities and events for seniors

• Being out in the community instead of sitting behind a desk
• Creating meaningful experiences while helping grow our mission

Schedule

Part-Time - Approximately 20 hours per week. Additional caregiving shifts may be available at caregiver pay rates ($14-15hr) , allowing team members to supplement hours up to a total of 40 hours weekly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and host senior activities, happy hours, bingo, wellness events, socials, and community outreach events
• Visit senior living communities, rehab centers, hospitals, and community partners
