Saint Therese is seeking a Community Relations Manager for its new Woodbury campus. This role involves strategic marketing, sales, and relationship management to achieve occupancy objectives in a senior care environment, requiring a bachelor's degree and demonstrated experience in healthcare admissions.
Saint Therese is a multi-campus, non-profit, faith-based health care organization. Our new Woodbury campus will provide senior care services for 102 independent living, 38 assisted living, and 20 memory care apartments. The Care Center offers 56 care suites including skilled care, transitional care, and a full rehabilitation center. The Community Relations Manager establishes strategic marketing plans to achieve occupancy objectives. Develops and executes comprehensive marketing plans and programs, both short and long range, to support sales and revenue objectives of the community. Successfully represents the community and Saint Therese to discharge planners and at functions where admission decision makers are present. Researches, analyzes, and monitors financial, technological, and demographic factors to capitalize on market opportunities and minimize effects of competitive activity. Develops and manages marketing operating budget.
Education: Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in healthcare administration, hospitality management, and/or marketing; and/or two to four years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
