Job summary

ATC in Wisconsin is seeking a Local Relations Representative who will act as the trusted face of ATC, explaining infrastructure programs to communities and building strong local relationships. You will coordinate with engineering, environmental, regulatory, communications, and project management teams to advance projects while addressing concerns from municipalities, landowners, and officials.

Qualifications

Significant experience in public affairs, government relations, communications, or related fields.
Proven ability to build relationships with municipalities and stakeholders.
Experience leading public outreach and engagement initiatives.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Ability to facilitate discussions among groups with differing viewpoints.
Excellent presentation and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute stakeholder engagement strategies for transmission projects.
Build relationships with community leaders, officials, landowners, customers, and stakeholders.
Represent ATC at public meetings and community forums.
Lead public outreach initiatives and engagement activities for infrastructure projects.
Communicate complex technical information clearly to diverse audiences.
