We’re looking for a Manager, Corporate Affairs to lead the strategy, messaging, and engagement efforts that strengthen and protect ATC’s reputation. This is an opportunity for an experienced communications leader to influence executive decision-making, guide high-visibility communications, and help tell the story of an organization that plays a critical role in the energy future.
As Manager, Corporate Affairs, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and lead initiatives that shape how ATC is perceived by employees, customers, regulators, media, community leaders, and other key stakeholders.
You are a strategic communicator who understands how strong relationships, thoughtful messaging, and proactive engagement influence organizational success.
Preferred experience: Utility, infrastructure, energy, government affairs, or another regulated industry is beneficial, but strong transferable communications leadership is also valued.
Anticipates risk and connects communications strategy to enterprise objectives.
Builds credibility and provides confident counsel to senior leaders.
Remains thoughtful, timely, and composed during sensitive situations.
Translates complex topics into clear, meaningful narratives.
Creates trusted partnerships across internal and external audiences.
Develops talent, promotes accountability, and strengthens team effectiveness.

The targeted base pay for this position is $148,300 to $173,300 annually.* Base pay is one component of our comprehensive total rewards package which includes an annual incentive bonus, employer-sponsored pension plan, 401(k) match, HSA contribution, life & disability insurance, health care benefits, generous time off plans, flexible work arrangements, and much more .
*The pay range is a general guideline. Employment offers are evaluated individually and consider qualifications, experience, academic achievements, internal equity, and business needs.
