What You Will Do:

• Achieve and maintain budgeted occupancy goals
• Develop and execute marketing plans
• Manage inquiry database documenting all contact made
• Prepare collateral materials for tours and marketing events
• Follow up on inquiries promptly, including nights and weekends
• Maintain and manage the marketing budget
• Coordinate with the Director and Health Care Coordinator on assessments and move-ins
• Participate in local organizations to strengthen referral relationships

Why You Are Qualified:

• A degree in business, marketing, public relations, communications, or related field preferred
• 2-4 years of experience in marketing, public relations, or sales desired
• Experience with marketing plans and external sales
