Community Relations Specialist/Field Marketing Specialist - Kids Dental Brands

**Competitive Salary Plus Quarterly Bonus Potential of up to $2,500**

KIDS DENTAL BRANDS (NORTH CAROLINA & DANVILLE) is seeking a full-time Community Relations Specialist passionate about helping others and making a positive community impact. The primary role is to build awareness of our local dental practices and attract new patients. This position involves developing relationships with community partners, schools, Head Start programs, and family support organizations in NORTH CAROLINA OR DANVILLE, VA.

JOB TYPE: Full-time remote position. NC or VA

TRAVEL: Minimal travel between NC and southern VA.

PAY: Starting salary $40,000–$42,000

BONUS PAY: Quarterly bonus potential of $2,500 based on performance and patient acquisition goals. Travel required within NC and southern VA. Car allowance of $300/month provided.

EXPERIENCE: 1+ years in community relations/outreach, dental administrative work, or marketing.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

1. Increase new patient numbers in local orthodontic dental offices.
2. Conduct research to support PR planning.
3. Organize and execute events and campaigns.
4. Represent the organization at public-facing events.
5. Participate in brainstorming and planning sessions.
6. Report daily activities and collaborate with a remote management team.
7. Track media coverage and PR metrics (e.g., web analytics).
8. Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Excel) is a plus.
9. Assist with social media efforts.
10. Support long-term relationships with local businesses.
11. Maintain ongoing communication with referral partners and community stakeholders, delivering promotional materials.
12. Be willing to travel approximately 50% between NORTH CAROLINA and DANVILLE, VA.
