CareCo is seeking a Community Relations Coordinator in the Las Cruces area. The role splits between marketing outreach and in-home client intakes, with compensation stated as $25.00/Hour plus a New Client Incentive.

The position offers flexibility to be part-time (marketing focus) or full-time (marketing plus intake responsibilities). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales or relationship-building and strong communication skills.

• 2+ years marketing experience

• Ability to conduct in-home family consultations and intakes
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Quick to learn and adapt to new systems
• Available Part-Time (marketing) or Full-Time (marketing and intakes)
• Bachelor’s degree required

Responsibilities

• Target social workers, discharge planners, and VA case managers
• Educate prospective referral sources on CareCo benefits
• Represent CareCo at community health events
• Conduct in-home client intake consultations to convert leads
• Track prospective client inquiries and manage intake follow-up
• Set activity targets for outreach and intake performance
• Build and maintain referral partnerships across healthcare providers
• Own outreach targets and manage CRM lead data
• Identify opportunities to expand referral channels and leads
• Partner with leadership on goals, intake reporting, and strategy

Job Description:

The Community Relations Coordinator serves as revenue driver and marketing liaison for CareCo. This position is flexible to be more Part-Time (marketing focus) or Full-Time (marketing plus in-home client intakes).

We’re looking for someone with a strong track record in sales or business development and experience generating leads. Industry background matters less than ability to build trust, take ownership, and deliver results. This is an outreach role offering growth tied directly to intake success.
